Short Month Best-of-the-Rest (non-nude) Sensationals -- Vaughan Lewis is a gallerist and preparator at MaganMetz Gallery, as well as participating in private curatorial projects. MagnanMetz Gallery is co-owned and directed by Alberto Magnan and Dara Metz. The gallery exhibits international cutting-edge, emerging and established artists working in a broad range of media. Magnan and Metz work closely with their artists to develop and promote their careers and support complex and unique projects in both the private and public sphere.

Mr. Lewis selected the three Curators' Choice nominees for February, starting the month with a flashy oil, Work #658 by Robert Copelan, of Lynchburg VA. He also chose an unmistakable portrait in watercolor, E. A. POE by Rebecca Venn of Kenosha, WI, and a startling oil, Skewed Portrait by Terry Tayler of Wauconda, IL.
