The Power of Personality -- Guest curator, Sherry Camhy, is an artist, author and teacher. Her work is in the permanent collection of several museums and has been featured in art magazines as well as museum and gallery shows. Ms. Camhy was curator for "The Silverpoint Exhibition" (National Arts Club 2014). Her book, Art of the Pencil was published by Watson-Guptill, and Ms. Camhy is now the author of the Drawing Magazine column, "Material World." In addition to teaching at the Art Students League and several colleges, Ms. Camhy teaches in her studio in West Chelsea and also runs workshops, with two coming up: silverpoint in May (New York) and painting in July (France).

Ms. Camhy selected three Curators' Choice nominees for February, in a calendar notable for the sheer power of its figures. The Curators' Choice nominees appear as starred dates in the list.
