Title: Colin at the 24th St. Studio

Desc: This was a very satisfying study. Colin took a great pose and the problem of getting it to sit inside the frame against the background was a real challenge. I like the way the platform is two shapes and the air is two big shapes and two small ones. The shape of Colin is complex and interesting, so that the painting has a total of seven shapes, which seems to be to be a very satisfactory number.

Mahogany frame (warm, dark brown), floating mount under plexiglass. Finished size: 8" x 10".

Media: acrylic

Size: 6" x 8"

Genre: nude

Price Range: Fine Art $100-$500
