Serenely Spring -- Guest curator, Sharon Way-Howard is an active, passionate, professional artist and teacher, focusing on natural beauty. Ms. Way-Howard is a long-time member of the Salmagundi Club. Ms. Way-Howard's latest additions to her impressive resume of accomplishments are signature membership of the New England Watercolor Society (NEWS) and fellow of American Artists Professional League (AAPL). She has curated a number of previous Barebrush calendars.
Ms. Way-Howard selected three Curators' Choice nominees for June, (starred dates in the list): 1* Jen (pastel) by Ed Hicks of Hazlet, NJ; 7* Randy sitting (color pencil) by Peter Millward of Stamford, CT; 15* huddled (oil) by Robert Markey of Ashfield, MA.

Art for this calendar comes from 13 states and Canada.

Each of the artists selected for the calendar receives two (2) complimentary listings
for each of their artworks selected.
Three artists, indicated by asterisks (
*), are nominated for the
Curators Choice Awards. Curators’ Choice nominees receive 8 additional complimentary listings. All the Barebrush curators have an opportunity to view and judge the art. The top artist receives an additional prize. Winners announced July 1st.
