This work was inspired by Ostara, the Anglo-Saxon Goddess of Spring. She is celebrated on March 21st at the Spring Equinox, when days are brighter and star to grow longer. Ostara is a fertility Goddess. She is associated with eggs, dawn, and the east - all symbols of birth, rebirth and renewal.
